- Comparing Year 2001 to the initial
year 1994, there has been an increase of 43% in the number of
teachers participating in the "Outstanding Teacher" Program.
- 1699 "Outstanding Teacher"
designations have been awarded since the program's inception
totaling over $1.7M dollars in teacher bonuses.
- 2167 teachers have participated in
the "Skills Blocks" Program, totaling almost $900K dollars in
awards.
- Out of 271 "Group Incentive" Plans
submitted by schools, over 257, or almost 95%, have been approved.
- Under the "Group Incentive" Program,
more than 7127 teachers have received bonuses totaling over $2.7M
dollars in awards.
- In the seven years the "Pay for Performance" Program has been
implemented in the District, over $6.1M dollars have been paid out
to teachers.
