Of Support Awards
The Pillars of Support Program is continuing to recognize
Classified Employees who demonstrate outstanding efforts or
contributions toward the ideals of the Douglas County School
District’s Core Values.
The program is designed to advance nominated employees through a
tier system based on criteria established by the Classified
Recognition Committee.
| Tier I: |
Recognizes employees for being nominated in the
program with a Certificate. |
| Tier II: |
Selected nominees will receive a $25.00 gift
card and the opportunity to advance further in the program. |
| Tier III: |
Selected nominees will receive a $50.00 gift
card and the opportunity for consideration for the highest
level, Tier IV. |
| Tier IV: |
The District’s Do-Good-Dude will present the
Tier IV recipients with a Recognition Certificate. The recipient
will also receive $500.00. |
Individuals who wish to nominate an employee may obtain the form
from the District website or the link below. Nominators are not
restricted to employees of the district, but will be required to
supply contact information and, upon submission of the nominating
form, explain the linkage between the recognized achievement and the
District’s Core Values. Individual employees may be nominated more
than once throughout the school year and applications may be
submitted as frequently as significant and noteworthy achievements
